Kindly guide how a child is selected in the Probezeit of langGymnasium.what is the criteria.Desperately need your guidance.kindly guide.
Hi everyone,
By memory it was:
1) Not more than 3 subject below 4 grade
2) Total "points" at least 0 or more
Subject with a 3 grade count for example as -2
Subjects with a 5 grade count as a +1
("Negative" grades count double)
Adding up all the points must be at least 0.
The teachers hold a "Notenkonvent" regularly where they discuss all students and some leeway exist to round up or down depending on attitude, participation etc.
And if I am not wrong, these are the rules throughout gymi to get to next grade. Difference is during Probezeit you get kicked out immediately, whilst after you have one more semester to catch up.
