Does anyone have any idea how much it costs to have a heat exchange system installed as part of a new build? The house is around 200sq meters and mostly a bungalow style. I'm looking at the grant for the Minergie-P which would offset some of these costs. One of the requirements is this "Kontrollierte Lufterneuerung und Sommerlicher Wärmeschutz", since there seems to be several terms in English also for this system.
