More by accident than design I stumbled across this website recently for hiking tours in and around Switzerland. What’s interesting is that the guy running it is training to be a mountain guide and just like a pilot needs so many hours in the air as part of his/her training then guides apparently have the same stipulation. Check out Wingly if you haven’t already for great sightseeing flights at vastly reduced rates compared to commercial enterprises.
Most of the walks are in the Swiss German part and of varying durations (day and overnight trips) and covers a few areas I previously wouldn’t have considered. Thus am posting it here in case it’s of interest to anyone.
