Hi, I have a question. If one lives in Kanton BL (in a Gemeinde near BS border) and he/she is without complementary health insurance, can he/she chooses the UniSpital of Basel Stadt in case of non emergency hospitalisation? Or he/she must go to a Kantonal hospital in BL in Liestal? Is there any reciprocity agreement between BS and BL with regards to hospitalisation? Thank u for your help!
