How safe are the strip clubs in Zurich ?

Because he is well served at home and doesn't have energy left for more outside of home.

late to the party, but

And I smell a troll.

Because most of us are married

All men pay for sex, one way or another; directly or indirectly; without always cash changing hands ...... but we pay.

Only if there's another person involved.

The conversion has amused me a lot, I live right near 3 brothels and should see the cars that are generally parked in the vicinity of these places it's like a supercar parade.

The short answer is, stay away from those places.

The long answer is, stay well away from those places.

The girl who wanted to take your friend some other place probably didn't want to offer him sex, but some other place is just that, only that the champaigne is even more expensive there. The business concept of these places is that almost every man will at least at one point in his life walk in out of curiosity, most probably half drunk with some stag mates and a need to show off. Unless he's a complete massochist, he will never come back. Therefore the goal is to fleece him as much as possible while he's there. If he's sober, he'll be out in under 10 minutes.

The sort of strip club that you may have seen in the US and where there's a lot of emphasis on show and glamour and where you could safely take your better half if she's tolerant-minded is specifically called an American-style Strip Club or an American Strip Club. Anything else isn't that.

A couple of months back I stumbled into one of these places in Niederdorf in the early hours, behind a friend who in her drunken stupor thought she really needed a glass of milk. Wouldn't serve us, discriminating bastards.

But yeah, moral of the story: dodgy places they are.

As i used to work on Niederdorf in a late bar, we used to go to a couple of these bars for a drink after work, never ever had problems the other half used to come for a drink aswell always polite and drink was always a lot cheaper, and the girls used to pay the same compliment and come to our bar for a drink on their break and on plus side used to leave massive tips.

Last night I met a nice girl in a bar.

"Would you have sex with me for a million CHF?" I asked.

"Sure honey bun" she replied.

"How about having sex with me for one CHF then?" I asked again.

"Hey.... what do you think I am...a hooker?" she replied and slapped my face.

"Well...we already established that, now we are just negotiating the price."

Anyway....one of my favourite songs on this topic:

"Two hundred francs for sanctuary and she led me by the hand,

To a room of dancing shadows where all the heartache disappears

And from glowing tongues of candles I heard her whisper in my ear.

'J'entend ton coeur',........"

I was a DJ at Spearmint Rhino when i was 20. Second best year of my life.

''.....but I'll tell you what's not cool.....killing strippers. Strippers are people too. Naked people who may be willing to pleasure you for a price you negotiate later behind the curtain of a VIP room. Besides, there's no reason to kill them, coz most of them are already dead inside.....'' - Peter Griffin

And knowing Nil he would be short of a dick if she found out.

Yes, but did you get märklis?

Ooooooh, Short of much more than "just" that.

Can we clone you?

I disagree. The bottom line is that in Switzerland "strip club" is a nice name for a brothel while in other countries strip clubs are a completely different thing. While prostitution is completely legal is procuration not. So the people who run a brothel have to have a business model that does not force the ladies to have sex in any way... in other words: the ladies pay their pimps by making customers buy expensive champagne instead of giving their pimp a share of the money they get for sex.

America is full of strip malls. Much more of a rip off though

In Eleven Minutes by Paulo Coelho there is a touching portrait of the women who work in these bars and brothels. The book is set in Geneva, but I read that in fact it was based upon the experience of a Brazilian dancer who came to Zurich.

The story addresses the humanity of all the characters. it is sad that people sell their bodies this way, it is inexcusable when coercion is used, or when minors are involved.

However before judging the original poster think of this:

"Human beings can withstand a week without water, two weeks without food, many years of homelessness, but not loneliness. It is the worst of all tortures, the worst of all sufferings.” Paulo Coelho

While the advice to wear a condom is always good, trying to say that "everything" will be okay with the magical use of a condom is a bit of a fallacy.

Herpes sores can be on thighs, groin, buttocks, lower belly, etc... Crabs, aka pubic lice (maybe not a "disease" per se, but disgusting anyhow) also are not held back by condom usage.

So, YES absolutely use one but do not for a moment think that "everything will be okay" is in any way a certainty.
