First question is of course:
Are you a first time dog owner in Switzerland, that is, have you previously had a dog registered in you name on the Swiss AMICUS ( formerly ANIS) database?
If you have never had a dog registered in your name in Switzerlamd, then second question:
Have you already done the SKN Theory course?
If not, get that done before you go any further. A responsible, ethical breeder will want to make sure you are compliant with the law before considering you for a puppy, as will a responsible, ethical shelter.
Next: Whch of the poodles are you considering, Toy, Zwerg, Mittel, Grosspudel?
The Pudel Club of the SKG oversees all four Poodles. Their website is here:
http://www.pudel-spc.ch/pudel.asp?s=554&l=de
Under 'Zucht'' you will see a list of breeders in each category with current and planned litters.
Be aware that a good breeder will want to meet you to assess the family, possibly several times. And of course you will need to do your own due diligence on the breeder, the dogs, and the breeder's program. Be aware that some breeders have waiting lists.
This assumes you are looking for a puppy. If you would consider adopting an older poodle keep in mind the Swiss database of homeless animals. Poodles in need come up once in a while:

Also there are a couple of poodle breed rescue sites in Germany.
Hope you find your poodle... They really are fantastic dogs.
