If Permit B for non-Eu is rejected, can the company re-apply/ re-negotiate? And if so, what are some of the rules?

Ah! It's not rejected yet, I am just preparing for the worst!
Edit: took a look at the thread, but doesn't really tell me much about options after rejection.
A lot will depend why it was refused, until you know that, nothing else really matters

Assuming the criminal and background checks are clear, and that your are single, graduate, and that it is not you in some way you were not aware of. check that. Get the company to give you feedback. If those are not issues, it will be the perceived scarcity of the skill you would use in your job here. Can any unemployed person in Switzerland do it?
In that case, the job you would do has to change to something more difficult to resource here. Check all your skills against demand in Switzerland. Maybe switch to another company that would put you forward for a more in demand job in Switzerland that you can demonstrate a skill in, one with less local competition.
Depends on the reason why it is rejected . For example if the company did not submit all the documents , they can try again.
True. But ideally, one would learn the ways to submit the application so well, i.e. with the right kinds of support and justification, that the chances of rejection are lessened.
