If Permit B for non-Eu is rejected, can the company re-apply/ re-negotiate? And if so, what are some of the rules?

Edit: took a look at the thread, but doesn't really tell me much about options after rejection.
A lot will depend why it was refused, until you know that, nothing else really matters

In that case, the job you would do has to change to something more difficult to resource here. Check all your skills against demand in Switzerland. Maybe switch to another company that would put you forward for a more in demand job in Switzerland that you can demonstrate a skill in, one with less local competition.
Depends on the reason why it is rejected . For example if the company did not submit all the documents , they can try again.
