A friend based in Vaud is looking for an immigration lawyer / consultant and is seeking recommendations. He is not social media savvy so am posting this on his behalf.
What do they need it for exactly?
From what I could gather, he is 2 years away from a Permit C. Feeling a bit jittery about his job and wants to know what he can do to stick around till he qualifies and / or figure out if he can expedite it.
I didn't grill him because I am not well informed on this subject.
Non-EU I take it. If they’ve been here 5 years and can meet the requirements then they could apply for an early C under VINTA.
