I wish to buy a watch from a German retailer for about €400. I just wanted to check that I will be charged 7.7% import Swiss VAT plus DHL's administration fee.
Is there any other import duty that I will need to pay?

No, assuming the sender will make sure the paperwork is in order. If customs won't like something and do something (e.g. inspect the package) - they will bill you for their time too
