Indian food

That kind of defeats the purpose of wanting to learn to cook Indian food though.

Hi,

I am also from India and cook regularly at home with different varieties. As told by "Hashbrown" there are many varieites of food with rice you have lot of pulaos and there are many types of rotis and the sidedishes for that. If you need some south indian dishes like dosai, masal dosai, idli, sambar. So please let me know what dish you want so that i can help you in preparing that dish. Please pm me if you need any help with some recipes.

you can also look into vahchef programmes in youtube but he will not tell the amount of spice needed for cooking but his way of explaining recipes will be nice.
