If someone has an Intra-Corporate Transfer (ICT) permit in Liechtenstein, can his/her dependent work in Liechtenstein/Switzerland? If yes, what will be the contract of the dependent with his/her company? Will it expire when the ICT permit expires? If the person who has an ICT visa becomes unemployed, can they both stay in Liechtenstein?

I don’t know, but would guess the permit would allow work in Liechtenstein. Maybe Switzerland too.
Since you would be the main permit holder if your ICT expires then I doubt your dependent would be able to continue working. I assume it’s similar to L/B permits in Switzerland when the main non-EU permit holder loses the right to live/work here.
