I have no problem using the 6 if it keeps working properly. But my 4 after 3 years got very slow and the battery life became awful, the last year before I upgraded to the 6 was painful. I expect the 6 to do the same
.... my 4 still works, it has my UK sim card in, but I had to wipe everything and not connect it to iCloud, and just use it for basic phone/sms/internet.
Camera improvements are a strong driver for me. I take the view that the best camera is the one you have on you, which means memories of the kids taken with the latest 7 plus or Galaxy S7 are higher res with better colour, stabilisation etc.. And also videos taken in 4K give you far more options later for things like cropping, zooming or removing shake.
I have all my digi photos backed up to Google photos dating back to 1999 and I can clearly see the evolution in quality from my first 2.4 mpixel FujiFilm through several gens of iPhones and on to the present day.
There you go - that's your problem. I use my own home rolled cloud solution which, while not as integrated as iCloud, is much faster with way more storage.
Not for me - I can honestly say I've used the camera on my 6 only three times. the first time just to test it worked, second to take a picture of my shoes (don't ask), and the third time to show my mum how to do a panoramic photo. That's it.
Although I do have to agree with you in that the camera is an extremely important feature for just about everybody else.
The 7 and 7 plus have the same sensor by the way. 7 plus has the additional 'optical zoom' and bokeh effect (come iOS 10.1), but picture quality is the same
That's a bit of jumping to conclusions, isn't it? Just because Apples wireless headphones don't work (and have a less than practical design) doesn't mean nobody else makes some that do... I've been using my beats wireless for a long time and I am pretty sure they work on an iPhone 7 as good as they do on my 6...
I love it but i'm embarrassed, I've put it in a liquid armour case so no-one knows what it is.. and yet I want to get it out sometimes to show people how important i am..
how is it that a product that is more expensive and inferior to the competition could have this effect.. is this what buying expensive stuff does to people..
I'm glad i bought the 128gb one as I've downloaded all the off line maps from maps.me. i've rationalised this that who knows i might need them in the coming apocalypse..
here are some pictures, it was sweet to realise i could just take pictures and it wouldn't be a hassle
english wildlife a suburban english house cat (with a bit of zoom action) It does not look good on ef but its pretty good on your mac.
