Maybe it's a silly question in a digital age but I've concluded an insurance contract online. My inquiry confirmation had a proper "digital signature" (when it was submitted, when received, etc hashes, signatures...). However the insurance never send me a fully digital signed contract, just a scan of a paper contract hand signed (actually it I'd say it was a digital office document with hand written signature images embedded), despite them stating in my inquiry confirmation that the contract will be send in two weeks by post. So is this digitized "scan" a valid contract or should I yell at them?
Actually I’m still not sure
An insurance contract only has to be in text form, not in written form. Only the written form needs a handwritten or qualified digital signature.
