Just how tough is the apartment rental market in Lausanne right now?

I am currently in the verge of moving out from my apartment in Valvert (slightly above pully) . This is a 3 bed newly built apartment right next to the valvert number 7 bus stop (where it ends). this is a 150m2 apartment and we were the first to move in to the place 0ct 2010. Ideally great for a family.

We are looking for rather smaller place in Lausanne, if you are interested, I would be glad to offer this place to you, but I need to find a 2bed apartment soon. I have posted an advert here already, and I see how it goes

I'm thinking the price for a 150m2 may be quite a bit beyond what we can afford right now. I love that part of town and had looked there in the past but I'm guessing rent is over 2k a month no?
