Does anyone has any experience with the kantonalen Prüfungs from Kanton Bern? Like for Fachmittelschule(FMS)?
Actually i want to know if the kids are getting back a copy of the tests after the tests were revised and graded/marked.

Entrance exam or diploma exam?
Usually the answer for both is the same: You will not get the graded/corrected test, but you have the right to see the graded/corrected test.
Look in the exam regulations for "Prüfungseinsicht". There it should be explained how, where, and when you could see the graded/corrected tests.

One follow-up question:
--After, "Prüfungseinsicht", am i allowed as parent to request a re-examination of the test by a second teacher in case i see that the was not fairly noted?

The test is most likely already assesed by two teachers, especially if it has a failing grade.
You will have the option to appeal. that will cost you a fee and chances that your appeal is succesfull are slim. If there havent been any formal errors with the exam itself, appeals are almost always dismissed.
