Does anyone know Geneva has any institution or organization that offers services to do the assessment or evaluation for the kid's ability/talent?
My kid has a learning problem in school, he has repeated 2 school years in the past 4 years of school time. I had a learning problem when I was a kid, so I understand not all the kids could suit the main steam education style.
That is why I'm searching for some institution or organization that could provide an assessment to evaluate my kid, so we could know what he is good at, and we could allocate more resources to help him to learn and build up his confidence in learning.
You should do this through the school system, talk to the teachers. Once you have an official diagnosis it will unlock additional resources your school can use to help your child.
It is also important to remember that children repeating school years is not a big issue as it can often just mean they need a little longer to reach a stage where they are up for the next level. What do your teachers actually say?
