Hi, we are soon to be living in Mannedorf with a 7 month old. Can any parents recommend any Kita’s that run right up to kindergarten? Whilst our German isn’t great we would like our child to learn the local language asap. Mannedorf would be ideal. Living locally and attending a local Kita will also be great for us to meet other parents. Happy to be on a waiting list so we get the right place. If anyone has any thoughts on Kita Zauberloki I would appreciate any insights? I get the sense their are informal daycare places that are not really structured and then there are formal / fully resourced kita’s. Zauberloki seems like the latter which would be great.

Thanks - one for the future. Really pleased with the move. We were lucky but also, this myth on EF that renting a place for a reasonable price is impossible is a bit extreme. It’s not so bad if you’re proactive
