You could try one of the group practices, such as Sanacare (depending on where you are in Luzern, they have one in Lòˆwencenter and one at Paulusplatz). Their website shows the languages spoken by the doctors.
One thing that may be a disadvantage for you is that they seem to have quite a high turnover of staff. I have been there 4 times during the ten years I have lived in Luzern, and have seen a different doctor each time.
