So I have some good news. After more backwards and forwards via email with Mammut they agreed to send our jackets to goretex for analysis. After this they finally agreed to replace the jackets.

So we now have our replacement jackets!

I wonder how much they spent trying to avoid the replacement.

Write to the CEO and send them the materials, factually stating what the problem is and why you think it is not acceptable. Then include the story of why you are writing to him/her.

Don't be rude or derogatory - just facts.
