There is a Marks & Spencer in a shopping mall in Bucharest (Romania), it's been open almost 20 years, I bought a coat (which I still have) there in Autumn 2000. There is no food section though.
They deliver in Switzerland and every time we've paid 7.50 GBP delivery charge, obviously nothing heavy or too bulky, but for our trousers, undergarments, jumpers ..., we've never had any issue.
I've never had a problem with them either.
There is a fabulous new Marks and Spencers in Brussels with a food hall and cafe and everything. It's apoareny much better than the one they closed down in about 2005. Almost makes me wish we still lived there.
What happened to the rumour that Primark was going to arrive in Geneva?
they are packed in Paris, maybe they will expand??
Oh. Horse meat found in M&S lasagnes and camel toe in Primark leggings.
You can buy horse meat here in Coop and Denner.
I heard a rumour recently that M&S will be coming back to Switzerland in the not too distant future.
Not sure exactly where though.
A while back Jim's British Market in Gland was importing food from Marks and Spencer. You had to place an order in advance and they would have someone drive it over in a refrigerated truck on an agreed date. I can't see anything about it on their website now, so maybe it's be discontinued.
LOL!! At my age i wouldn't be seen dead in leggings. Their cheap t-shirts aren't too bad.
