I was wondering if there are any English speaking mums or mums to be groups in Nyon. I am almost 8 months pregnant and now on maternity leave and would love to meet some lovely people to hang out with and get the gossip on being a mum in Switzerland. If there are no groups yet in Nyon, is there anyone interested in forming one?

I don't know of such a group in Nyon, but there is one in Lausanne
The Mums and Mums 2B meet up at Starbucks (Rue de St. Laurent, Lausanne).
I haven't been able to participate yet myself unfortunately.
As soon as things are a little less busy, I will join too.
Sometime ago, I found a great blog from a Lausanne mom, she has a lot of usefull info there, and she also posts the The Mums and Mums 2B meetup dates in the event list.

GEMS is a weekly meet-up aimed at inspiring moms through various speakers, discussion groups and activities - while, the kiddies are off playing in age-specific groups.
