Oh, Raincookie, you've given me a good chuckle this evening and made me quite homesick. I thought all Brits were addicted to KFC, (aka Kentucky Fried Chicken). Bojangles is very similar to KFC, but they are known for their buttermilk biscuits. A biscuit in the American South is like a scone, but smaller, lighter and fluffier. It's eaten at breakfast time with butter melted on its' warm goodness and sometimes smeared with strawberry jam.
Fast food restaurants in the American South turn the biscuits into a savory breakfast sandwich when they pile on ham, sausage, fried egg, slice of American cheese, bacon, etc.
In the South, if you are about to drive thru a Bojangles to get a meal, you would be expected to say, "Hey, I'm fixin' to get me some Bo To Go. Y'all comin'?"
A word for natto-newbies since the thread continues to throw up a mixed reaction - a lot of people do like natto. More Eastern-raised than Western-raised, but certainly including Westerners who first tasted it as adults (I'm one). If you're curious, then head for Yumi Hana - you may also be a natto fan. You never know unless you try it!
Actually, Natto is proven to have some of the most powerful health benefits for the most silent killer (thrombosis, blood clots which lead to strokes, etc.).
I'm not sure if they sell what you're looking for but Uchi Tomi have a web presence and a forum. You may be able to get them to post you some or information about an alternate location of the product you're looking for http://www.uchitomi.ch/
