Hello! I’m a non EU citizen. I sent documents for permit B for Geneva canton via post. What to do next? Does Geneva migration office confirm somehow that they have received documents? How to be sure that my documents were accepted? Is there any email to contact? I tried to call them, but I don’t speak French good. Thanks in advance.

If you have sent everything requested, you just wait.

Next time when you need to send something important, send it by registered mail.
That way you can see if it was delivered.
While waiting for your permit you can request a document from your commune that says that your permit is beeing processed.
Is good to have for administrative tasks such as bank account, phone subscription etc.
(Be aware that not everyone accepts it though)
Don't hesitate to call again. I am here in Zürich and, in my experience, even 10-12 years ago one could find an English-speaking case manager. 🙂 I doubt that Geneva's authorities are different in 2022.
