non-eu b-permit applying for german blue card

Hi

I am a non-eu on b-permit in switzerland and I want to move to Germany, can I apply for the german blue card here in german consulate or should I go to germany for that or should I go my country of origin for that?

Have a look at the website on bamf as this depends on your nationality. You have a work contract etc?
