I am a non-EU and going to finish my studies here soon. I just got an offer from A company, which asking me to sign it in one week. However, at the same time I am still interviewing another B company, which is my dream company. I still have 1-2 more interview to be completed. I have informed B company to speed up the process but there is not much they can do. At least 3 weeks would still be needed.
So now I am wondering:
If I sign the contract with A company first, and A company also applies the work permit for me (non-EU). And at some point, I get the offer from B company and I tell A company that I want to drop the offer. What would be the risks or consequences?
I meant, for example: A company for sure would inform the migration office that they want to withdraw the working permit application. And there would be some sort of 'bad record' of me in migration office. Will it effect the chance to get permit when B company tries to apply for me later?
Are there any better solutions in this situation?
