I have went through all the threads for related topics. However, despite the question was asked from time to time, there is still no solid answer yet.
Background:
- Non-EU
- Open b permit, need to renew every year
- the expiration on the current permit: 2024 March
My question is:
I don't get along with my line manager. I was thinking of quitting after I find another job. However, this existing problem with my manager gets worse. Now I really consider quitting before I find another one.
In this case, if I don't apply for RAV or other financial support, can I still stay in Switzerland and search for the jobs until 2024 March?
I assume Swiss government or migration office would anyway know it because of the tax, social contribution, and pension stuffs?
It would be great if there is any one going through the same thing can share their story....
