I have done my research but I feel I find myself in a complicated situation.

I came here from Latin America as a Student 3.5 years ago, I have so far had the B permit (for students) I have had to renew my permit every year, and has always been a tedious process. This last time it has been denied, and I have appealed it as I have not finished my studies. This means my status is "Pending" for the past few months.
I live in Zurich and my BF is in Bern (he was born in CH with Italian nationality), We have discussed marriage but had agreed that after finishing my studies to avoid the commute. (i graduate in mid-2023)
We are now considering getting married sooner but wondering if we are even able to do so given my "pending" Status (i am waiting for the court to decide if they will renew my permit or not)
We have also considered getting married in Denmark and then registering here, I am able to travel if I request a special permit from immigration.
I am very saddened that they might not allow me to finish my master's, it was a difficult program to get into plus very expensive
I would appreciate advice regarding this. Thank you.
