I will check my contract as soon as home but in the meantime, does anyone know if there is a specific timeline/notice period to announce a rent increase and make it effective?
This is for an office (in case different from people housing) and we go the increase today effective Jan 1 2023.
EDIT: found a copy of contract in email and indeed can be done with one month notice. Post can be deleted or left in case deemed helpful
