Official records/statement for mortgages and credits?

I am trying to get a mortgage in another country and bank is asking for some sort of a statement on my current loans/credits/mortgages in Switzerland. Any idea where to get such a record or statement? Many thanks in advance!!

Ask your bank. Mine contacted the mortgage bank and gave them the information they needed.

I can think of two documents which are relevant for credits.

Debt enforcement records (betreibungsauszug). Clarify with the bank is they want this document telling a history of how you pay debt. Explain that if record is clean you are a responsible debtor. If record has at least 1 line means some debt was not promptly paid.

And the credit information database (ZEK). This document lists the current credits/leasing under your name in CH. This is relevant because banks wants to estimate your disposable income. https://www.zek.ch/de-ch/kredit-leas…-meiner-person

Ask the other country bank if this is what they’re requesting.

Debts are listed on an individual's tax return. Ct. Zurich requires that support be attached to the tax filing.

A Grundbuch-Auszug shows whether there is a lien on any real property owned by the OP.
