I think you need to recalibrate your calendar.
If home alone why would you want something so large? Unless you can freeze most of it, it’ll just go to waste.

Depends on where you are from... Today (Jan 7th) is Christmas for many of us...
A 6kg suckling pig has ~3kg of meat... that's not that much, and considering you can freeze parts of it, it's not that much...

it's a pretty reasonable portion size for one!

That's actually pretty spot on! Going to give them a call to see if they can get me one tomorrow. Even saves me from cooking
