Opinions on pet insurance

It HAS to be more often true than not, otherwise the insurance companies wouldn't make any money. Just saying. But it's like any other insurance - you might be able to pay a little each month for a long time but not a large amount all at once.

Question for those who have insurance, out of curiosity more than anything else:

Does your policy cover or exclude human meds for veterinary use? (Obviously prescribed by the vet.)

And, does your policy cover or exclude behavioral medicine, again prescribed by a vet?

Do any policies cover behavioral therapy - 'prescribed' (that is, recommended) by a vet but conducted by a behaviorist? Note - not training, but rather specific behavior therapy.

And, does your policy cover physical therapy?

Many thanks.
