After googling a bit, I am wondering which I would fall into

What happened

Stopped at the red light in the left-hand lane of this junction.

The right-hand lane light went green and I thought this was my side, so started to drive off…

Noticed then it was not me and came to a stop before the end of the traffic island thing, but a full car length over the line. Was flashed just as stopping. Waited for it to turn green shortly after and entered the junction and drove off as normal.

Obviously dipshit moment, especially considering the number of times I have stopped at this junction.

Obviously, the seconds over will be massive but how do they rate if it’s a fine or the more painful option?

Should be a CHF 250 fine if they see that you came to a full stop as you did not endanger anyone, not even virtually.

Once changed lanes there into the right hand lane and drove on, it cost me CHF 800, just the money - no other penalty.

I presume the camera takes 2 shots. x seconds apart..

guess white line crossing and the 'light' being a danger fine, interesting cos you see a few out of towners doing that.. so must bea good income
