You are endanger of not having your permit renewed, never mind talking about an early C permit! It does not matter where the RAV will impact your chances or not, you have no choice at this point if you want to have a chance of even getting your permit extended.
Being on the RAV won't of itself impact the decision, but having failed to establish an viable economic lifestyle will. So you need to get moving and find a job.
