Where are you going? Vaccines should be in the Pet Passport, including a valid Rabies vax. For the UK and some other countries you need a tapeworm treatment.

A bit out of date now, but for anyone in this corner of Switzerland, I can recommend the Tierklinik Masans in Chur (just off Chur Nord motorway junction). They are the vet hospital for the region, so if you use them as your everyday vet, if anything happens to your critter, at least they will be somewhere relatively familiar.
