I am a garden lover and do everything I can to keep this as beautiful as Paradise. However the prices are way too high for plants in every store. Is there any community or group of keeping the environmental green and where we can exchange seeds, plants, seedlings and other for our contribution. Thank you.

Check to see if your Gemeinde or Bezirk or local conservation group holds an 'Einheimische Wildstaundenabgabe'.
in my area, LEK Höfe does this each spring. Their mission is to encourage people to plant native species, to help people get away from the typical 'over cultivated' garden plants and back closer to nature. The goal is more sustainable, less resource-intensive gardening, and the plants they give away reflect that.
I look forward to their event every year, more important I think I have learned a little from them..

As above, just a quick google for 'Pflanzentauschboerse' - I expect there are other organizations holding these events.

Buy an Avocado. Eat it and then plant the pit. In no time you will have a free plant.
But it will not produce any eatable fruits (just FYI), you can also plant Pineapple after eating, same with many Tomatoes
