Maybe it’s a loophole to relocate our parents, by declaring them to belong to such a minority? =) Kidding of course
They were complaining about the weather in the Vue des Alpes where they have been since mid march and cited that as one of their reasons for wanting to move to Valais. Given the weather in the Valais currently I suspect they’re better off where they are now back in Vue des Alpes.
