Porsche has filed a patent app covering a system designed to bring back the thrilling sound of an actual racing engine that is lost in e-cars. AVAS has come a long way since Red Flag laws required a flag and/or lantern-bearer as an advance guard!
Just imagine if we could program our own sounds. This is what I would get:
