I need to open a business account, and will go for one of these, but don't have experience with either. A 'digital-native' experience, with ease of use for payments would be the top criteria to measure, thanks.
1) If you make payments in other currencies it makes an estimate of the amount in the other currency before you click yes.
2) Possible trace SWIFT payments since ~2 years ago with one or two clicks.
3) It's possible to use past payments as a "template" for new payments.
UBS Mobile apps only twint and Access. twint needs not presentation, it just works. Access replaces the calculator-like machine to log in into the banking website. Access can also be configured to approve payments with your credit card.
Over 10 years I've only contacted them twice: both times related with SWIFT payments. As usual, the solution takes time but questions are answered by email. I understand phone calls are useless because it's really hard to be on the phone and find a solution at the same time.
I take it back, Apple Pay is avail for debit now, they’ve just not told anyone!
