We are interested in a property in the Zurich area and thinking of putting in an offer. The property looks good, but since it is old and we are not experts at evaluating houses, we were wondering if a building professional could accompany us (for a fee) and evaluate the condition of the house professionally. Since it is a big investment for us, I suppose it‘d be prudent to understand any future costs, etc.
