We just sold our house through neho.ch at a fixed price of 9500CHF + VAT. Very professional service, really good advertisements and support when 1st/highest bidder started seriously messing us about, we decided to move onto 2nd highest bidder and were well supported throughout. A really great experience with estate agents, makes a nice change!

Are there similar services to opendoor in the UK, as in you pay £100 and it lists your flat on the major internet selling portals. You then pick up the phone etc.. all yourself. I've sold two properties like this in the UK, and did a much better job than ANY other agent would have done (sold during covid, and then sold recently above market price for the area I do developments in).
I am in Geneva, the agent absolutely fleeced the people who sold me their house. I want to avoid those parasites as much as possible.
