I am an EU citizen working in Fribourg, Switzerland. I would like to purchase a house in France near Geneva. Do u know any Swiss banks that offer mortgage for a purchase in neighboring areas? UBS doesn't offer.

Credit agricole run mortgages for properties in France for Swiss based clients.
There are other French banks, Société Générale, CIC, BNP Paribas among them and if you visit their branches in French towns around Geneva they're usually set up to help "frontaliers" and Swiss clients.
Banque du Leman is a Swiss bank doing this which could matter as they could have different terms and conditions but it depends, you might end up signing a contract with a French subsidiary.
