Raisins, Currants and Sultanas

I went to Migros. For the peel, it's about 2 francs for 20g. Still better than Coop.

Anyway, for mincemeat, I loosely follow this recipe: https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/...onal-mincemeat I did use some peel, but also shredded a few citrus fruits. I stocked up on suet last time I went to England. The final result is a bit pale (ran out of brown sugar - anyone know where I can get some? ), but tastes great already. That's probably the brandy...
