Rav simply returned to previous calculations after one year contract have ended and I returned to unemployment with RAV. That’s standard procedure no questions about that, but because I found an employment just after 4 months of unemployment (for one year) the formula of:
Quote:
‘if you have made contributions for a period of 18 months in total: 400 daily allowances’ –
is still applicable in this scenario. 13 months during the latest contract and ad infinitum before unemployment equals to 20 months of contributions within the last 2 years – that is the period of time that is used to calculate the number of days under entitlement.
Shouldn’t the count being reset to 400 again, instead of just simply continue the count?
A Rahmenfrist lasts 24 months. Once opened it runs till its end.
What is the one you're speaking of, when does the one opened by your previous unemployment end? Only after that can a new one be opened, which will then include your recent 13 months of employment.
From what you write the Rahmenfrist probably started at around January 2022 (4 months unemployed followed by 13 months employment) so it runs until the end of the year, or something like that.
