their espresso is sweet and i suspect they add a bit of cocoa to the blend.

2. Hotel kempinski geneva 2nd floor the bar
the bar on the right has the best coffee in switzerland. take note the bar not the restaurant (which has a poor blend).
if i find any others i will make a note here.
