Can anyone recommend a Thai-German translator, to translate a meeting with a government agency?

I dont know anyone, but I know that there is a massive difference depending on what agency and what for: If we are talking Gemeinde for say a marriage doe the translator need to be certified... I know cause we had to pay one through the roof for that. If we are talking about say RAV is the person free to bring a translator but the agency basically doesnt take any responsibility for misunderstandings... so you can bring whoever you want. Done that personally for a friend...
