Hi All

I am not a great baker so I need to buy a special birthday cake, made to order.

Im not looking for a sprungli or steiner bakery cake instead something personalised from a home baker. Collection in Zurich Meilen area (happy to drive an hour)

I appreciate a home baked cake takes skill, time and effort as well as ingredients but Im not looking to invest my life savings .

I'm working on a budget so if anyone has any company suggestions please let me know.

As I am currently also looking into cake options I came across these ones that seem of good quality but are abit more expensive, i.e. 180chf+ https://www.miyuko.ch/torten/

Honold is also another place I found to do home deliveries - cost +17fr but no info on size or prices online, waiting Monday to give them a call...

Do you know the pricing range and how does the pick-up/delivery works?

It is great they also offer bio ingredients.

We used to live very near to the family and we had a lot of fruit trees. As a thank you for them picking the fruit she baked a cake for us. It was awesome.

I understand she makes cakes for customers in Zurich but I don't know the specifics about delivery or pricing.

I tried to fix the link and when I first did it it worked fine but it doesn’t work anymore. As you say it works fine in the browser.

It works in Chrome just fine but not in Safari in my case...
