Recruitment session at Nestlé

@Raj.uk

Hey,

I haven't. I just look forward to it. I'll send you PM.

Rehearsing to what I figure out 70-80'000 yearly is the salary level for entry position... but probably can differ from company, employee experience etc. ...

Thanks to all that gave some tips.

I work in recruitment and I'd say that's realistic for somebody with your experience, though as a general rule of thumb, our clients start at around 100K per year, for people with a minimum of five years experience.

@Rosieragdoll

Thanks I will keep it in mind.

Hey everyone!

I just read through the forum here...I too gave an interview in Nestle ( an assessment centre rather)..I had telephonic interview and then was invited to the Nestle HQ in Vevey. I had an assessment with 4 other candidates and we had 5 sets of interviews with different managers and then the whole Group exercise and individual presentation thingy....

They called me the next day and invited me for another interview after a month (the other 4 were rejected)..Now could anybody please if the next round is an elmination round too or not? This wait is really killing me....I really am stoked about this job and want to start ASAP. So it would be really nice of you guys to share some experiences of yours..

Cheers

The more rounds you make it, the better. BUT - never count it done until you've been working there 2 years...

I think - from my experience, Nestle are a great employer, and they don't **** people around.

Hi,

Even I had attended interview same like you.

First telephonic interview then 1st interview with four line managers and HR manager, Case study exercise, Presentation etc.

they called me next day for second interview scheduled after one month, again individual interview with another four managers including director.

they have informed me that they are going to take a decision after 3 weeks, so I am still waiting

Nestle recruitment process is always slow

So you can expect to meet few higher position people and in depth question related to position and your experience.

Be prepared to have a formal interview process.

All the best

Dear friends ,

I have given a second interview with nestle last three weeks back, still I have not received any feed back from them

So still I need to wait (because everyone says Nestle recruitment process is very slow) or shall I give a call?

Looking forward your advice

Thanking you

What is the 2 years for ?

Hey there !!

I apply for some graduate program. Application documents were sent in a middle of May (almost 3 months ago) and I still have no reply from them. The only indication I see is the status of my application called "Send to Mgr" which I guess means that my documents were sent to some manager (status were changed around 2 months ago). Why does it take so long ??

In the meantime I saw similar adverts (the same position but not a graduate program) with the same reference number. Do you think what does it mean ? Shall I wait for some reply or should I for forget about this position and believe that Nestle forgot about me and my application ?

Hello people

I applied for research scientist position almost 2 months ago, and still no answer. Does it help to call them? or get in touch with some people? Can anybody provide me some contact for "product technology centre" in Konolfingen? Please pm me if you can help.

Thanks.

Hi Everyone,

I applied to Nestle last month. I had my phone interview two weeks ago. And next week I have my face to face interview.I applied for a sensory specialist position. For this I have to make a presentation. Does anyone know what they will exactly look for in the presentation.

Also I have to work on a case study. Can someone tell me what kind of things they will ask for?

Thanking you all in advance

Hi All!!

I will have face to face interviews/activities at Nestlé Assessment Centre as well! Anyone would like to share his experience? Activities, questions, interviews etc...

Thank you!

Hello Skygo,

just to share my experience.

Same as you, I went through an Assessment Centre session some months ago. After a presentation of the company, made by the manager, I have faced several one-to-one interviews, which were oriented both on the technical and on the motivational side of the position.

I was called along with other candidates. After the individual interviews, we did a written test focused on technical skills.

We did also a simulation of a real job situation, in which we had to show presentation and negotiational skills.

I don't know if they invited you as a primary step or not. Before the Assessment Centre step I had a phone call with the manager, focused on my CV, and I passed a couple of online test (on maths/logic and on personal attitudes). Then I was invited.

My best advice is to be prepared to actively interact with everyone - also at lunchtime :) - and to show that you really care for the position. Nestle is a place desired by lots of people.

The assessment session will be a true experience. Mine was very positive, I was selected for the final step, unfortunately I did not pass it but it was a good lesson for me.

I hope for the best!
