I am considering the option of renting a property abroad and sublease it for short-stays while living in Switzerland. I’m a B permit holder with < 120K gross annual salary, so at the moment I pay tax as source.
Is anyone doing something similar? Which kind of impact would this operation have on my taxes in Switzerland? (Considering I would not be the owner of the property)
