My wife and I have a 2 room apartment near Interlaken.
We live in the UK and the flat is officially classed as a holiday home - we can't live there permanently. However, it would seem that this condition would also apply to a tenant as it is deemed to apply to the apartment, rather than to us.
We were wondering if it is feasible to rent out a flat as a holiday home on a long term basis. If anyone has any experience of this, where would be the best place to advertise? I do not have a lot of confidence in local agents, but are they the best bet?
