Question I have is of insurance - should I get additional coverage, and if so what kind do I need to get? Ultimately, is the standard house insurance sufficient, or do I need to get something extra because I'll be renting the spot out? I could go to an insurance provider, and ask, but I suspect they might not give me an unbiased opinion...
So I recently purchased a home and it came with a parking place in a shared garage. I don't drive, so it makes sense to rent it out, so I've been able to source a contract, have identified where to advertise and it should be a fairly straight forward exercise to fill the spot as there's quite a few businesses within a few minutes on foot where I live.
